We supply the finest quality cured and smoked bacon, produced using our Packington and Orchard Pork. We cure using traditional methods to produce a range of dry cured bacons with sublime tenderness and succulence.
These old fashioned methods continue with us home smoking some of these products over oak wood chips to provide an intense oak smoked bacon which is a previous winner of “Britains Best Smoked Bacon”.
Due to this in house process, we produce a wide range of products to be used in many recipes.
Our Gammon’s are specially selected and cured in Danish Farms to product a delicious tender Gammon with its own unique flavour.
