We supply a premium quality range of Scottish and English beef with consistent tenderness and succulence. We use only the very best cattle which graze on green pastures and comply with strict quality standards.

Our cattle are individually selected and traditionally matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to provide a unique eating experience.

Due to our traditional methods of using sides of beef matured on the bone we offer all cuts to fulfill all recipes. Due to this variety of cuts, different cooking methods are needed to get the best out of each product.
