Local deliveries will be delivered on the selected postcode delivery day, times may vary so we will call the day before your order with a more specific time.

Cancellations & Returns

As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds will be at the discretion of the management. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately – please do not return goods without first contacting us.

Nationwide Deliveries

There is a nationwide delivery charge of £20.00. There is a minimum order of £50.00

For nationwide deliveries we use a reputable national courier company to deliver your meat to the address specified by you in the order form. Usually, they will require a signature. If a signature is obtained we will be entitled to assume that that person is authorised by you to receive the products.

We do our utmost to ensure that your produce arrives in great condition. Our meat is fresh (unless stipulated otherwise), packed in insulated bags, and surrounded with ice gel packs so it remains in top condition upon arrival. For best practice we recommend you store your product in a fridge or freezer immediately upon receipt.

Our pies are only available for local delivery.

If you are order pies for nationwide delivery, we cannot take responsibility if they arrive damaged.

At the time of delivery you or someone on your behalf must ensure that you are available to receive the products. Due to the perishable nature of the products and our commitment to supply products of the highest quality, where nobody is available to accept delivery, the products will be returned to us by the courier.

Upon delivery you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time and notify us immediately if you have any problems; you will be deemed to have accepted the goods within 24 hours following delivery, and we will treat the products as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose.

Unfortunately we currently can not deliver to the following destinations due to courier restrictions:

  • Scottish Highlands postcodes IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-40, PH41 4, PH49-50.
  • Scottish Islands.
  • Northern Ireland.
  • Isle of Man.
  • Shetland Islands.
  • Orkney Islands.
  • Channel Islands.

Very large orders delivered Nationwide may incur an additional charge.

Collect In Store

If you would like to place your order to collect from our shop then please be aware that we need 24 hours to prepare your order. If you would like to tell us the day you will be coming in to collect your order then it is important that you tell us by filling out the order notes on this page

For example if you place your order on a Tuesday then your order will be ready for collection on Wednesday but if you would prefer to come in to collect it on Thursday, please let us know this at the time of order

Orders placed over a weekend will not be available for collection until Tuesday
