  4. Hinckley, Burbage, Horston Grange, St Nicolas park, Weddington, Earl Shilton and Barwell Wednesday or Saturday delivery £4

Local deliveries will be delivered on the selected postcode delivery day, times may vary so we will call the day before your order with a more specific time.

Cancellations & Returns

As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds will be at the discretion of the management. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately – please do not return goods without first contacting us.

Nationwide Deliveries

There is a nationwide delivery charge of £20.00. There is a minimum order of £50.00

For nationwide deliveries we use a reputable national courier company to deliver your meat to the address specified by you in the order form. Usually, they will require a signature. If a signature is obtained we will be entitled to assume that that person is authorised by you to receive the products.

We do our utmost to ensure that your produce arrives in great condition. Our meat is fresh (unless stipulated otherwise), packed in insulated bags, and surrounded with ice gel packs so it remains in top condition upon arrival. For best practice we recommend you store your product in a fridge or freezer immediately upon receipt.

Our pies and dinners are only available for local delivery.

If you are order pies  and dinners for nationwide delivery, we cannot take responsibility if they arrive damaged.

At the time of delivery you or someone on your behalf must ensure that you are available to receive the products. Due to the perishable nature of the products and our commitment to supply products of the highest quality, where nobody is available to accept delivery, the products will be returned to us by the courier.

Upon delivery you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time and notify us immediately if you have any problems; you will be deemed to have accepted the goods within 24 hours following delivery, and we will treat the products as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose.

Collect In Store

Due to high volumes of orders we have suspended click and collect orders. Please come into the shop and your meat will be cut fresh on arrival.
